Adrian's achievement this year was "something else" - second in the overall Championship, I believe, on the little pre-60 Hawkstone. Respect or wot?

I fully endorse that John, respect is due indeed. I don't wish to embarrass him by saying this, but in my opinion Adrian's sheer enthusiasm, support and encouragment towards his fellow competitors and enthusiasts, not to mention his self-effacing modesty and riding/engineering skills, are truly an example to us all. His achievment is richly deserved.
