Tri Greeves in German Enduro Museum

This Tri Greeves has been spotted in the Deutsches Enduro Museum, Zschopau. Looks to be of UK origin due to UK tax disc, general consensus on facebook is that it not a bike that has been used in ISDT events. Anyone know anything about it?

The tank looks too small for an ISDT model. The air filter looks to be a modern after-market item (on a one-off intake set-up) as does the headlight and tail lamp. Never seen rear shocks like those before. The frame & forks look to be SAS/TAS. A bracket for a prop stand has been welded to the swinging arm. An ISDT bike would need a centre stand, which it doesn't appear to have. The front brake isn't BHC. It rather adds up to it having been built up in more recent years. Nothing wrong with that, and it looks very desirable!
