This is a link to a PDF of Triumph's "Technical Information Bulletin No. 13" There is a ton of very useful information here for the 350 and 500 unit twins.
After picking through this document the E4038 inlet and E4786 exhaust cams look like a good combination for me, with the early squish band head this would be a configuration similar to the early T100S/S engine.

Yes, this bulletin is very good.

If you require parts information then this site is very good:- www.classicglory.com/triumphc/ They have about 90% of the factory parts books and some workshop manuals for the C Range. They are also downloadable in pdf format. You can carry the lot on a memory stick, rather than hundreds of pages of hard copy.
