24TES seen at Kilburn Hill Climb 18/6/23

This TES was spotted bay FB member Jon Hill today at the Pickering Clubs Kilburn Grass Hill Climb. Looks a local bike with Yorkshire reg 679CAJ (not on DVLA) tax disc expired April 1975. Looks like a bike that comes out once a year for the event., Rider is Michael Cook
