Scottish Frame Spacers.

Hi, I am currently building a 1962 Scottish 197e.

At the front of the frame where it meets the engine cradle I am assuming there should be 2x spacers?
Does anyone have the measurements of these spacers? Also am I right in thinking they go to the nearside of the frame?
