  • Chain guard

This one is a bit worse for wear and needs more welding than worth doing.
Is this from a particular model (it was on a TFS) and was it used on several different models?
Both my Ranger and Trail are missing chain guards so I want to get ones that are correct for the bikes - if there is such a thing

    Chain guard

Looks correct for TES etc. Make a cardboard template from the old one, buy a sheet of 16 swg alloy, & some tin snips & make a batch. Use a broom stick or suitable size piece of tube to form it round. Simple basic sheet metal work

      Guarded..

      Good advice.

It certainly looks right for the TAG. A feature of which was the section that keeps mud away from the bottom run of the chain. Equally, the three fixing points.
