Does anyone have a photo / diagram of the inside of the (cylindrical) Scottish toolbox? I am particularly interested in the mechanism for fastening the lid.
Regards,
Ian
the lid is secured by a long spring with a tag on the inside and in the lid the lid has a slot cut in it and this goes over a tag created buy punching the rim of the tube (tool box) some one will come foward with drawings for you but i thought it would be a help describing it (simple method typical of greeves).
