Hi
I am assembling the Steffa ignition system on my Griffon 380cc . I bought number G1007/23 the ignition tightening felt.
Item G1007/23 is given as part 110 in the parts "photo" stolen from Garry - thanks
Its outer diameter fits nicely into the recess on the back of the points plate. But the inner diameter seems a bit too small
to fit the crankshaft and there seems nothing to hold it in place on the side that faces the crankshaft. It seems to float in
space inside the oil seal. See attached photos. What keeps it in place?
Am I missing something? (polite replies preferred!)
