      ME Scrambles - Exhaust.

The Exhaust pipe on this bike was a common fitment in the 60s, I threw one away off my MDS as it looked crap! I've seen them 'cut & shut' under frames, and used on other bikes such as DMW type 16s. I remember reading that they were a MCA or MCE (both in B'ham, one in Victoria Rd Aston, the other in Garrison Lane B'ham....still there, oddly!) accesory.

        DMW Type 16.

        Here you go Peter.

Also, coming back to the ME, I've heard that the twin carb set up could be a bit fussy as well. Is this one of the reasons that the model was so short lived for Greeves?

So that's why ME riders are such good dart players then....!
