    spacers

Hi there, i am currently building (when time permits) a 58 20sas, i have written dimensions for the engine plates to beam and frame spacers.
    Front 25/64 id x 3/4 od x 9/16 long
Rear on nearside 8 gauge tube 3/4 od x 1/4 long fitted on nearside x2

    Beetween plates 12 gauge tube 5/8 od x 2 1/4 long x2

    Rear offside 8 gauge tube 3/4 od x 3/4 long x2
    2 fixing bolts 5"x 3/8 BSF.
Thats exactly how its written in this old book i have, why they use gauge tube instead of inside and outside dimensions like the front heaven only knows.
I hope this is of use to you, regards, Stace.
