  • griffon rear sprocket

    Hi all,
I am now at the point of re-building my griffon to a rolling chassis stage. The wheels have been re-built but i'm not replacing the sprocket as yet. The sprocket that came on the bike is dished, i'm assuming this is to give clearance for the tyre. What i would like to know is are these sprockets still available or will i have to purchase a flat one. There was a sprocket for sale at a local auto jumble marked up for a giffon which was flat and made of alloy. i didn't buy it because when i thought about it,it would mean i would have to get the hub offset altered. Also could someone tell me what the tyre sizes are. WM1 21"and WM3 18". Many thanks Mick.

    Front: 3.00 x 21

    Rear: 4.00 x 18

(Unless it's a QUB MkII, in which case the rear tyre is 4.50 x 18)
