I have just been on the GRA website and looked up the 24DF Police Models from 1968 and the Frame Number is Quoted as 24DF ?? I can confirm that the first frame number was101. Need to get my anorak out aye !!!
John. Yes first 24DF was 24DF101 reg number MRE16F the first of the Staffordshire bikes, which I believe you own. As a matter of interest the prototype 24DE TPU24E was also 101
