Not the most desirable of the roadsters but a nice example by the look of it.
If you want a bit more performance it would be easy to fit a 31A barrel, piston & head & make it into a 250cc 24DC. Or better still fit an alloy conversion as seen on the bike seen at Rivington Hall Barns in July.
Quite a nice little bike that, original and all there and in good condition. The 197s are less commonly seen than the twins, I reckon it would be better left "as is".
