Hi Guys, does anyone know what finish I should have on the engine plates for my 1964 25DC Sports twin? happy new year to you all. regards Peter

Silver, think they were cadmium plated originally, thats now banned so zinc plating would be nearest, or just spray them silver with a rattle can.
