My 25DB now runs well and ticks over, bit of a pig until it warms up but hey ho.
Rides well and will pass an MOT. I plan to MOT it later this week. Then the acid test will be the Beamish Trophy Trial September 22nd. Thanks for the advise and help offered on this forum.
There was a comment on another thread by John Wakefield regarding coils. The coils on my bike are not the original Villiers coils, they look like regular motorcycle coils. Because Villiers don't use a conventional coil ignition system I presume that the coils are not conventional coils. What's the difference and where can I buy suitable coils? I'd like to fit new to be safe and to protect the mag coils.

Hope you have water proofed it well Phil as there looks like there will be some fords to cross if this pic of a 20DC in last years Beamish is anything to go by.
