25DB kick start lever

Does anyone know the correct length for the kick start lever on a 25DB 1960? When I kick mine my foot (toes) hits the footrest (size 10 feet). It’s very irritating. A longer lever may cure the problem. The foot rest doesn’t appear to be bent. The foot rest rubbers are quite thick, not sure if they are correct. I’ve no real complaints about the bike besides this. It’s normally an easy starter thank god.

The kickstarter length on the later 25DC is 7 inches I would think that the ones on the twins were all the same length. The thing is though that on the DB the footrests are about 2 inches further forward than the DC hence why your toes hit it.
