    My East Coaster is a b....r to start but runs very well.When hot starts really easily.Tried all the usual timing,plugs,points and choke settings without any success.\any tips please.

    Normal for the 4T engine owing to the labarynth centre seal which leaks compression at kick over speeds. This engine was originally designed for use with a Siba Dynastart which had a higher cranking speed.
    Just have to kick harder, or push start the first time you use it each day.
