Upgrade on forum help

Hi all
please help!!
I paid my subs back in June and have got membership number etc but cannot get upgraded on forum. I've sent personal messages and used the contact email as suggested on forum but nothing seems to happen. Could be me doing some thing wrong?

Pete. You are not doing anything wrong. Problem is with the GRA who have not sorted out this issue of upgrading member. Hopefully the membership sec will read this and get you up graded.

I've just read the above - have passed on the request for upgrade, but suspect that our website officer is incommunicado, possibly somewhere exotic atm!
