That's what it seems like! How did that one slip by DVLA's hawk-like gaze, one wonders? If it is the one you added a photo of, it looks very much like a Challenger to me....

John Collard dismissed the one in the pic as being DOO96B, I think he owned the original at one point. The one in pic does have tele forks but of course they could have been changed at some point
