I've just joined the forum as I'd like to find out more about the greeves scramblers and trials bikes with a view to then buying one.
I last rode a bike (Triumph Daytona) about 15 years ago after losing my nerve commuting in London. I'm hoping to move house shortly to a place with a garage and I would then like to get hold one of these beautiful machines for the pleasure of tinkering and pottering around on.
So, "hello" to all and if anyone has any info or advice in trying to find a nice challenger or trials machine then it would be gratefully received. I'm very happy to take my time and do my homework to avoid buying a "pup"

Welcome to the Griffon owners club.
Oops, I think there are other Greeves models but can't be sure.
This is the right place for information and help as there are people on here who write books about the subject. Colin Sparrow's latest book is a must read if you want a Greeves.
