i have the remains of a mk2 qub. several parts are missing, including girling gas shocks. anyone out there know the centres measurement of the original girling shocks. shocks on bike were off a jap bike.

There were a pair in america for sale on ebay i havae a original bike would you like for me to measure them ? they were also used on CCM girling gas.

mk2 qub laid down shocks- ceriani leading axle forks.
i would only buy off of ebay if i knew the shocks definately had the right centres measurement. if you have the correct centre measurement i would be grateful. i've a pair of girling gassers in the loft, but i dont know if there the right length between centres. they measure 298mm- 11.75'' between centres, and the springs measure 216mm- 8.5''. these were'nt bought for a greeves, so chances are they're the wrong ones.Comment
