Registration of original number

im a newbie so go gentle with me.
i’m helping a friend to get his old greeves registered with its original number he’s got a duplicate of the original green log book, v765 form filled in, v55/5 form filled in, pictures of the bike, I believe he’s got to get the bike inspected by a greeves inspector before the paperwork goes to DVLA if so where would be the nearest inspector be to Ross on wye Herefordshire.
any help with this would be very much appreciated.

First thing would be for your friend to join the GRA, (link on GRA home page) then contact Colin Sparrow, the club's DVLA officer, who will be able to guide you through the process.
