Villiers Services - Info required

Hi,
I am a new member from Australia & new to Greeves machines also. I have been trying for about 6 weeks of so to make contact with Villiers Services & all I get is a standard Email reply saying that they will get back to me ASAP. I have tried ringing on 2 occasions but just got the caller busy signal.
Does anyone know if they are still operating or have they been badly affected by the Covid bug or some other reason?

Yes they are trading as normal, which is very busy. They are closed Wednesday so will not answer the phone and sometimes you have to try a few times to get through.
