Although the attached article is from a car mag Practical Classics it equally applies to motorcycles & Greeves. Looks like the high prices at auctions are beginning to drop (except of coarse for the exotic stuff that always seems to attract high bids) & some auctioneers are refusing to take in vehicles where the seller is demanding a high reserve.

I wish that would happen at the auctions i attend, the last two i went to a 59 scottish that did not run and needed obvious work went for over 2k with commision and a C15 albeit one owner from new but not running also went for over 2k in original but waning condition.
