Had a chat with Hagon at the NEC the other day. I had bought a new set of front dampers at Stafford and was querying which way up to mount them.
Some photos show damper body down, others show rod down with the body uppermost, so I didn't know if it was important or not. Turns out there are two types of unit, the way to determine is to hold vertical and compress. The units that I have do not damp for the first 20mm if held rod at the top, but when inverted to body at the top they damp full length of travel compression and rebound. Dogsbody
