Any idea on what wheel this is from??? - any help appreciated!

Hi guys,

I bought a "set" of wheels from a guy who had removed them from a Greeves Oulton. He reckoned they were from a Honda CB72, however I am trying to source a rear sprocket carrier/ Hub and don't seem to be having much luck.... I have attached a photo and if anybody recognises what the wheel might be from/ where I might be able to get the necessary parts or information that would be great!
