Yeah, had a nice long chat with the Classic Bike editor, and he seemed genuinely interested in the bikes. A couple of the facts quoted aren't quite right, but 'twas ever thus.
I felt a bit of a fraud posing with Barry's bike, but they wanted someone in the shot and couldn't find anyone really photogenic, so I agreed to substitute.
Nice to see Les Yarde (aka Mayfield) made it into the 500 shot.Colin Sparrow
