Stebbing Scramble

Dave Harper has asked me to pass on the news that the Stebbing Scramble, planned for the early May Bank Holiday (2nd May) Has been cancelled.

This is at the request of the landowner; the actual reason is unknown to us.

At the moment indications are that this is a temporary loss of the venue. I do hope this lovely old circuit isn't lost to the Pre '65 MX Club.

The meeting has been rescheduled to take place at Maylandsea the previous day i.e. Sunday 1st May.

Let's hope it's only this event and we don't lose this iconic scrambles track... Which is a pleasure for riders and spectators alike ..... Mind u at least Colin won't be able to snap me making a mess of the water "jump".
Maylandsea is a good backup !
