Just a couple of comments... 1. That worthy gent with his semaphore....is the one who stands in the track to direct the riders into the pits at the end of the race. Sometimes, in the heat of battle, riders don't realise they have finished racing. It can be a bit hairy!....2. The Godden Vtwin outfit is ridden by Michael Mead with his sister Sue Humm in the chair. They race against their own Mum and Dad, in a BSA outfit and against another Mead, possibly a brother, who is in the chair of a Yamaha outfit. To round the circle, Sue's husband is often seen doing well on a Bxxxxxo, perhaps we need to convert him??? By the way, the Not Normally Seated penalty has long been dropped, so the riders of racing sidecars are free to add their weight to which ever side of the plot that needs to be held down! -
