This pic from front page of OBM this month. Caption says its at a 1960's scramble, from the Bickers buses in the background it looks like it was at Coddenham, Dave Bickers father ran the bus company from Coddenham. The man 'steering' Derry's chair is Bill Brooker. Not sure who the others are, the crawler tractor is a Ransomes MG2 made locally at Ipswich. Is this pic in the Greeves Archives?

Apparently taken at Bickers yard at Coddenham. Other names have come to light Peter 'Tomba' Smith driving the crawler with Alan Clough in overalls to the left of Derry PC.Last edited by John Wakefield; 05/08/2023, 10:41 AM.
