24TES Parts Book and Service Notes

As a member living overseas is there an easy way to get a copy of the above documents.
I know from Leading link that Don Heath is the contact, but do I need to write him a letter to order the manuals? There is no email address listed.
The first letter I send him would need to ask for the cost including postage to New Zealand and the second letter would be sending payment.
Is there an easier way such as email contact and possibly even payment of costs by Paypal to avoid bank charges?
Could the manual be scanned to pdf and emailed to avoid postage costs?

Is this possible or do any other overseas members think these suggestions are worthwhile?

While making suggestions could some of the regalia be pictured either on the web site, or in Leading Link so I can see what they look like?
