Greeves racing parts supply

Just a quick question and if you prefer to pm me please feel free. I ordered parts from Greeves racing over 3 weeks ago was told they were stock items then told one item wasn’t then told they would be delivered the following week 2 weeks ago just returned from travelling and they still aren’t here I’ve re emailed them. Is this normal? Other parts I’ve ordered from other suppliers have been here promptly are my expectations too high?

It is actually Greeves motorcycles but their email is Greeves racing. I’ve had a reply saying they’ll be posted this week I’ll see.
im due for my first trial on the 10th so need to get it sorted properly.

Well received the side stand (which isn’t new) even though that’s what I ordered, and the engine bars, no chainguard included. So I’ve had to chase that up. So best part of 4 weeks later I have an incomplete order. It’ll be back to ordering from the two other Greeves parts suppliers I’ve already used who appear to understand customer service.
