S25/3 Villiers Carb Settings.

Hi,
can anyone advise on settings for an S25 mk3 carb,for a 2T engine please?.
I would like to know what the needle length should be set at,and if a No 4 slide will be OK?.
I am replacing the S22/2 on my motor,and any information on this carbs set up,will be most appreciated.

Needle 3 1/2
Needle set out (distance from bottom of slide to tip of needle) 1.94 inches
Throttle slide 3
