32 A 4 speed gearbox

Sugestions please 1st and 2nd ok but sometimes it will not shift from 2nd to 3rd and 4th

Have you had the box apart & got the selector timing wrong , if not it could be a tip broken off the sector pawl .

Thanks for the reply I have not opend it up yet I changed the oil and it has been ok. for a few short rides. But today 5 miles down the road It would not shift from 2nd to 3rd or 4th I stoped the engine and shifted it up and down to all 4 gears by hand re started and went home I had to go up and down the gears severall times and it was fine ?????
