Hi Peter. This would appear to have been addressed in Greeves Service Notes GMC 157, where there is reference in the Clutch Replacement instructions to a service tool GST 40 which enables removal of the 7 circlips ....................

Hi, how do you remove the clutch plates from griffon clutch do you need a special tool, as I cannot see how unless you remove all the small circling?
