    This is UPA 23F, one of 4 Challenger based bikes built for the Italian and other ISDTs. I have pics from both 68 and 69, the 68 ones appear in the book "ISDT1968" authored by Marcello Grigorov. If anyone needs reference pics, I have others as well from the Welsh 66 as well. It seems Augusto has one in Italy that came here for a rebuild and went back with the wrong forks and a mismatch of numbers. Augusto is swapping the forks for the correct Cerianis, but it might be interesting to work out exactly which bike he has.
