  • TGS Anglian NSJ239

Anyone know who now owns a TGS Anglian registered number NSJ239 ? Last recorded owner I have is Alan Clough 10/03. In May 1999 I saw it at Felixstowe whilst taking part in the Ipswich to Felixtowe vehicle run on 2/5/99 (see pic) Interesting that the frame number is 24TGS194 a duplicate of Dicky Faggater's JPO232C !

Thats right John Mine came from Greeves direct to Beamish Motorcycles, and this is from the dispatch records, a lot of strange things took place at Greeves with supported riders

The bike now NSJ239 was supplied to Alan Clough and first registered on 19/5/98. (this is a re registration date rather than the original.) JPO232C was supplied to Beamish Motors 25/11/65 and has been owned by Dick F for some years. So NSJ239 is a duplicate bike!! Where is it now?

Having spoke to John Fryatt, He built NSJ239 up from a frame and forks obtained from Baldock and registered it as NSJ239 on 10/5/98, it was John who entered it in the Ipswich to Felixtowe Run on 2nd May 1999. John sold the bike to GRA member Roger Jennings of Woodbridge on 8/10/03 so maybe Roger still has it.
