1959 Hawkstone with paddle type rear wheel hub

I am trying to re-assemble this rear wheel hub after refurbing the rear brake. Does anyone know the correct sequence of bearings/spacers/washers etc for each side of the hub?
The hub just seems to have the bearing cover with leather washer then been packed out with a few random oversized washers.
Any help appreciated.
