25DC in Atlanta Georgia

This 1962 25DC (GOO440) has recently appeared on Greeves Enthusiasts FB page now in Atlanta Georgia. It has a Jan 2019 Georgia reg plate WNX535) so presumably went out there around that time. Ironically its still shown as on SORN by DVLA. Has been restored in black not sure if this was done before it left UK. Anyone recognise there old bike.
