so may be in someones shed. JUR is a Hertfordshire mark. The fact that it is listed as "Not Taxed For Road Use" (in blue) rather than "Last Tax Expired ???" (in brown) suggests some movement at DVLA, possibly a new owner. It would not need to be SORN'd unless previously taxed. Frame number is 61/2602
