Silverstone 7" TLS front brake shoes - OK what's the trick to re-fitting?

Getting the brake shoes off the TLS front brake was really hard as the springs are strong but did it and sent the shoes off to Villiers Services for new linings. Now they're back, I am struggling to re-fit them so I'm hoping someone has a trick to help make it possible - please!

Fit one shoe, then lever over the other
