I recently interviewed Mary for a forthcoming book on the 1968 ISDT being written by Marcello Grigorov, a specialist in Hercules bikes, as well as the ISDT.
I found both in good health, but lacking a Greeves in the Garage! A Triumph twin has been restored, but shame of shames......so has a Bxxxxxo....Slerpa.
I asked if Mary would be coming to the ISDT100 celebrations, but she replied no, they would be in Germany. So, I'm angling for an invite for her to the 2 day international classic enduro meeting at Isny, just 2 weeks after the ISDT100 event.
