9E dynastart engine on fleabay, listed as Villiers, looks strange as the head and barrel are on the wrong way round! Wonder if it ever ran like that? Peter. ps don't know how to add the link.

Looks like its been assembled that way round for a long time. It would work OK either way round. As I have not had a 9e apart for 50 odd years you must forgive me if I cannot remember if the transfer ports are symmetrical. P.
