Mortimer Classic MCC have cancelled their EMCO event, a whole weekend of local and European Championship racing and a newsflash tells me that the Scottish Six Days Trial has been ditched. I have had no news on the Pre-65 Trial as yet.

In view of PM Boris Johnson's announcement this afternoon I would expect a blanket cancellation of all sporting and social events and meetings. Any club or organiser who goes ahead will be in defiance to these measures.

TT has been cancelled. Not surprising really, lots of foreign visitors crowded for four hours on a boat with one hospital to cope.
