Does anyone have one of the Bosch coils as fitted to dynastart engines in the Invacar? If its a valued spare you do not want to lose a loan for test purposes would suffice. Explanation to follow if my idea works! Peter.

Peter are you talking about the HT ignition coil or an internal LT coils within the flywheel? If its the HT coil (the one that feeds spark plug) then its just a standard 12volt car type coil and any make (Lucas etc) will do the job. -
John I want a Bosch HT coil as fitted to the Invacar to see if I can prove something I observed donkeys years ago, not going to say what as you will all tell me I am wrong! I will be happy either way but I want to see, and if I am right I have a use for it. Peter.Comment
