Hi all, does anyone know where I can find an exhaust system for a Mk 1 TES, the one that fits round the front of the beam and runs along the offside, Short Villiers silencer, with flange to fit square barrel. I have one but the front pipe is rough and does not fit.

Stuart. I think your best chance for a complete system is to speak to Richard Deal at Greeves. I need one as well, and when I spoke to him some while ago he was commissioning a batch. Very expensive though. I am looking to have my front pipe re-made. It may be worth you considering the same.

It may be too far for you but NRP Exhaust made a complete system and inlet manifold for my Ranger. He also makes exhausts for Dave Bradley's bikes. I took my bike, complete except for the exhaust and the inlet manifold plus photos of how it all looked. Once finished he got Dave to go and inspect the bike to make sure that it was good enough. They live within 10 miles. He specialises in one offs particularly for race bikes.
He said that it was quicker and cheaper to make it in stainless. The system looks very good and works well..
