Could somebody please advise/suggest where I can obtain the correct seal dust covers for 35mm Metal Profile forks.

Have you tried Greeves Motorcycles? I don't know for sure that they'll have seals or dust covers but I believe that they took over the manufacturing rights and stock. This is the number on their website although it hasn't been updated for years, it may still work. 01263 734688 -
