  • Sachs?

Having a clear out I have found a gasket set for a Wassell Antelope (never heard of it!!), I assume its for a Sachs engine, bore approx. 57mm- did Greeves ever use this engine, and can anyone use the gaskets (not the best condition but I have seen worse!)? No serious offer refused. Peter.

Almost certainly a Sachs engine in the Antelope which sold a fair number in the USA. There was no production of a Greeves bike with that engine, but several UK manufacturers used them to make what Ralph Venables called the Clockwork Mice!

The bike would be a Wassell Antelope https://www.historics.co.uk/buying/a...ls-low-fender/ with a 125 Sachs engine of 54mm bore x 54 stroke
