Best place to get a mx3 1966 engine rebuilt

Gary Bamford- the best service out there
Classic British bike sales, Villiers and Greeves specialists. All lovingly restored and ready to ride. Great prices and range, huge selection to choose from. Quality guaranteed.

Yep Gary is great and will do a proper job - he doesn’t cut corners, does it right and if you need bits he can find them. He’ll build it to show standard too. Problem is there’s a queue for bottom end conversions (Nametab) and unfortunately they are definitely the way to go.

ALSO everyone tells me a standard engine is super quick, easy to start and reliable if built and maintained properly and will get us mortals to the front.

However, if you want a special engine conversion with Maico / Japanese pistons/ con rods etc then also try Goddard racing.

My gut feeling is Gary’s your man (lovely bloke too)!
