I had the same problem with my ISDT bike, in the paperwork that came with it there was a list of settings which improved things over the Burlen settings, 930 carb. 30mm bore, 260 main jet, 30 pilot, 106 needle jet, no 4 slide. The no 4 slide made a huge difference. The only real way to get the main jet right is trial & error, start big & keep going down on sizes till it runs correctly, but you need somewhere to run flat out to do it! I can probably find you a set of main jets to try (no loan!) if you do not want to buy them.

Just for anyone else who finds, like Peter, that after they have pressed "Post Reply" they need to modify their post, you are able to go back and amend your own posts. Just click on "Edit", make the necessary changes and press "Save". Easy!
